Strategic Workshop
Together with the company, we explored the brand vision and key market challenges in children's footwear. We identified Snugi as a leading barefoot footwear brand, designed to support healthy foot development and movement. We also defined its unique advantages—high quality, handcrafted production in Slovenia, durable yet breathable and non-slip materials, and customizable designs tailored to customer needs.
Strategic Analysis
We identified two key challenges: the lack of a structured marketing strategy and the underutilized potential of Snugi’s full product range. To tackle this, we analyzed the market, competitors, and target audience—primarily parents, especially mothers—and examined their shopping habits. Our research uncovered how often they buy footwear, what drives their decisions, and the significant impact of recommendations from other parents.
Strategic Framework
We positioned Snugi as a responsible choice—one that not only brings joy to children and adults but also gains the trust of experts. This directly addressed the biggest customer challenge and need, reinforcing Snugi as the most knowledgeable and reliable choice for both kids and adults.

To support this, we developed a strategic communication approach that blends educational value with emotional appeal, ensuring a strong connection on both a rational and emotional level.
The results confirmed the success of the e-commerce strategy, with Snugi’s online sales growing by an impressive 60% in just one year.

We positioned the brand as family- and eco-friendly, reliable, and innovative. As a family-owned business, Snugi has built a loyal community of parents—especially mothers and influencers—through its personalized approach. This enables the brand to go beyond product sales, fostering trust and added value for parents seeking high-quality footwear that supports healthy foot development.
Communication
As part of the brand identity, we defined a soft and friendly communication tone, rooted in experience and proven facts. Following a year-round content plan, we structured campaigns into sales-driven and seasonal initiatives. A great example is the “Back to School” campaign, where the creative “ABC” concept went beyond product promotion, crafting a story that seamlessly aligned with the back-to-school season and the challenges of starting a new school year.
The Back to School campaign achieved record-breaking sales, generating one-third of the entire year's revenue—Snugi’s most successful campaign to date.
Creativity
Content & Campaigns
We put educational content at the forefront, giving parents more than just products. Through its campaigns, Snugi provided expert guidance on children’s healthy foot development and choosing the right footwear. We also addressed common parenting challenges, offering professional advice, support, and practical solutions through engaging content.
We placed a strong focus on creative storytelling, bringing the brand closer to both children and parents by immersing it in the world of kids.

As part of the water shoe campaign, we created an interactive storybook “Exploring the Underwater World” with educational illustrations and a hidden discount for online purchases, boosting engagement and interaction with the brand.

For the winter campaign, we developed an original illustrated fairytale, giving parents and children a chance to spend quality time together through reading while creating an emotional connection with the brand.

Inspired by the traditional card game Črni Peter, this campaign evoked nostalgia among parents. We designed custom illustrated animal-themed playing cards to communicate special discounts and drive purchases. Built as a long-term initiative, the campaign was expanded the following year with additional activities, further increasing its success.
With the Black Friday campaign Črni Peter/k, we broke all records and received the Gold Diggit Award for Growth / Performance Project of the Year.

Sales surged by an impressive 68.91%, while the average cart value increased by 13.45% compared to the same period last year.
The campaign also delivered an 11.4 ROAS, proving its efficiency and profitability.

Activity Planning
By combining various marketing activities, we created a cohesive marketing framework that effectively engaged the target audience. As part of our ongoing monthly collaboration, we planned and managed consistent marketing activities focused on boosting brand awareness and driving sales.
Advertising & Email Marketing
Throughout the year, we ran advertising campaigns across the Meta network (Facebook & Instagram), complemented by Google Ads (Search & Display). For major campaigns, we created custom creative assets, such as storybooks and fairytales, which strengthened the brand connection and delivered exceptional sales results.

Our advertising efforts were reinforced by email marketing, where we implemented an automated email system and developed a strategic content plan for both regular and campaign-specific emails.
New Website Development
We designed the structure, content, and visual concept for Snugi’s new website, overseeing its development in collaboration with an external team. The revamp focused on enhancing user online shopping experience and streamlining business processes, supporting Snugi’s expansion into international markets.

The new website features multilingual support, advanced search, social media integration, fast payment options (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay), and an automated email marketing system. The design prioritizes a clean, modern aesthetic, intuitive navigation, and educational content on barefoot footwear and children's foot development, reinforced by expert insights and customer testimonials.
Beyond the impressive numbers, our creative content and strategic approach helped strengthen long-term customer relationships, ensuring Snugi’s short-term growth and sustained success in the market.
