Understanding the customer base, competitive landscape, and industry trends was essential to shaping a strategy that would not only reposition the brand but also drive measurable growth.

Our market and competitor research revealed a common pattern—most dental centers market themselves as a “one-stop shop”, offering every possible service without a clear point of differentiation. To break through the noise, we turned to consumer psychology. What drives decision-making? What fears hold people back? What expectations shape their choices? These insights led us to define key customer personas, ensuring that every marketing move resonated with the right audience.
Strategic Framework
The positioning of the new Lotus brand became clear: prioritizing patient comfort and empowering them with knowledge. Visiting the dentist is often associated with fear, uncertainty, and blind trust in professionals. We set out to change that.
Lotus offers more than just treatments—it provides a calming experience at every touchpoint. From soothing interiors and private lounge consultations to digital previews of treatment results before the patient even takes the chair, every detail was designed to build confidence and trust while driving demand for high-value treatments.
To communicate this approach effectively, we developed a unique model based on four key pillars, aligning patient needs with Lotus’s most profitable services. Unlike traditional clinics that focus on visible issues, Lotus treats problems at their root cause. The journey to a healthier smile starts with laser therapy for gum disease, a foundational yet often overlooked treatment, and continues with orthodontics, aesthetic dentistry, and oral hygiene—ensuring both functional health and long-term beauty while maximizing business impact.
The results confirmed the success of the marketing strategy in practice, with Lotus Dental Center’s annual revenue growing by over 55% in just one year.

We defined the brand archetype, establishing a guiding framework for communication and visual identity, along with the core brand values. This foundation shaped the communication concept, including the positioning slogan and key messages—designed to address customer pain points while embodying Lotus’s philosophy.
Visual Identity
We designed a distinctive logo, symbolizing a tooth embraced by a lotus bud—a representation of holistic care, renewal, life, and growth. To evoke empathy, comfort, and security, we chose soft textures and gentle pastel colors, mirroring the experience Lotus provides. Additionally, we contributed to the interior, crafting wall graphics and signage that enhance the welcoming atmosphere of the dental center.

We infused Lotus’s unique identity and mission into every strategic activity, reinforcing its core service pillars and strengthening its brand positioning in Slovenia. Every campaign—both in content and visuals—consistently reflected Lotus’s friendly, professional, modern, and distinctive personality.
1. Awareness Campaigns To raise awareness about lesser-known yet crucial health issues , we launched campaigns like the Gum Health Awareness Campaign. This included an interactive online quiz and an offer for free gum pocket measurement , seamlessly linking education to the promotion of laser gum treatment. This approach directly connected awareness efforts with Lotus’s specialized services.
2. Branding Campaigns To build brand recognition , we developed several integrated campaigns. In the “Stories in the Mirror” campaign , we created a video series featuring well-known personalities, highlighting the importance of first impressions and the role of a healthy, confident smile. In the “Power of First Impressions” campaign , we showcased key life moments where first impressions are crucial, creatively linking them to Lotus’s dental services. Through influencer collaborations , we produced video ads where influencers shared personal stories, further enhancing brand awareness and trust.
3. Sales Campaigns We also focused on promoting Lotus’s most profitable services . For example, to drive sales of invisible braces, we centered the campaign around a special Open Doors event , where attendees received a free 3D scan and digital smile visualization. We designed and produced both digital and physical promotional materials, including landing pages and video ads, effectively attracting new customers and boosting conversions .
The “Stories in the Mirror” campaign exceeded expectations, generating over 620,000 views for the video series.

Activity Planning
We seamlessly integrated Lotus’s key messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels. As part of our ongoing monthly collaboration, we took on the role of strategic business advisor and marketing activity planner.
We developed a mix of long-term and short-term tactics with a primary focus on boosting brand awareness and increasing sales of the most profitable services. The ultimate goal was to position Lotus Dental Center as the top and most trusted choice for these services in Ljubljana and beyond.
Website Development
We conducted an SEO analysis and created a website concept tailored to the user’s decision-making journey. We strategically designed content and visuals to optimize user experience and drive conversions. We oversaw the development process in collaboration with an external production team.
For major campaigns, we designed landing pages and interactive quizzes that educated users on key health concerns while providing engaging, value-driven content.
Email Marketing & Social Media
We implemented an automated email marketing system, serving as an advisor between the client and external provider in setting up the CRM system. Additionally, we developed a social media strategy and took over the management of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.We developed a strategic monthly email plan to keep customers informed, engaged, and educated with valuable content.

Video Production
We created a manifesto video that captures the brand philosophy and approach. When crafting the script, we—like Lotus Dental Center—prioritized the customer’s perspective, addressing the pain points they experience when visiting the dentist.
For the “Stories in the Mirror” branding campaign, we developed a video series concept where well-known personalities shared their life experiences and first impressions.
As part of larger campaigns, we managed concept development, scripting, and production of short-form digital video ads tailored for online platforms.
Advertising
We implemented both short-term and long-term marketing strategies, running consistent ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok. Additionally, we maintained ongoing influencer collaborations and secured media placements through content marketing, advertorials, and PR.
Marketing Materials
We designed several sales brochures for key services, providing Lotus customers with valuable information about their treatment process and at-home aftercare during their visit.
The gum pocket depth awareness campaign successfully raised awareness of preventive care, generating 400 completed quizzes and promoting laser treatment.
